Grade - Chief Manager
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research on existing practices and changes incorporated in the industry as well as other sectors
- Compensation Strategy formulation
- Compensation Surveys and Benchmark Exercise
- Salary & Grade Fitments – standard matrix design and individual fitments at senior levels
- Periodically reviewing & revising benefits plans from a compensation / cost perspective
- Compensation Harmonization & Grade Integration (Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Manpower Cost Budgeting
- Promotion, Increment & Bonus Costing
- Formulating Employee Stock Option Plans
- Overseas Compensation- Formulate policy for each country/region and oversee the policy implementation
- Compensation & Benefits Consultation for group companies
- Reporting compensation data to the Board of directors and regulators
- Handling employee queries’ on compensation and benefits
Person Requirements:
- 2 year full time MBA in HR from institutes like XLRI/TISS/MDI/XIMB/SCMHRD/SIBM
- Atleast 6 - 10 years of post qualification experience
- Ability to process & manage large databases. Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
