Sr Mgr - Commercial & BD - Port/Infra

We are having an urgent opening for Sr Mgr – Commercial and BD for Ratnagiri Maharastra Location in leading Port, Marine & Infrastructure Industry.

The Position will be based out at Ratnagiri - Maharastra

Experience : 5-8 Yrs.

Reporting To -President

CTC – Open Ctc No Constrain for Good Candidate (Depend upon Current CTC)

Qualification – Engineer with costing experience

OR

MBA (Fin) with engineering experience

Industry experience -Exposure in BD and Commercial related to BOT projects in marine / port / infrastructure industry is a must

Roles and Responsibilities - Commercial

- Facilitate Tender documentation, Costing, Budget preparations

- Facilitate and supervise commercial and legal aspects of various work orders, agreements, purchase orders, etc

- Work on PPP (Public Private Partnership) model in abeyance to the project

- Understanding Financial Modeling

- Adhering to various Compliance and Acts related to the project

Business Development

- Good Relationship Management

- Market knowledge of port / logistics industry preferably in dry / liquid bulk cargo

- Source potential projects in similar sector

- Proficient in import-export documentation to provide assistance for Business Development

- Good in customs / excise

- Sourcing and Tying up with suitable partners on need basis.

- Coordinating in Bid process Management & Bidding activities in new areas.

- Studying Financial Viability of potential projects.

Key Competencies -

- Good commercial acumen

- Strong in tendering, costing , budgeting , purchase order management, overseeing & developing vendors

- Good BD and Relationship handling

- Ability to secure new business
