Sr Mgr - Business Finance

Expected Role:- Lead the Payment Gateway business finance team and drive the business performance through working closely with the head of the business. This role requires detailed understanding of operations and also key costs drivers. As we are heading towards expansion of business, work closely with multiple functions to ensure smooth start and running of day to day operations. Also drive defining of PG business strategy in medium to long term and drive performance across the vertical. This will require managing small team as well.

Work Description:

- Prepare & Agree costs forecasts for the business in line with company’s growth plan. Support Annual Operating planning exercise.

- Work with Sales team to help negotiate rates and build in models to support business growth.

- Drive costs efficiency improvement projects.

- Prepare Capex & expansion proposals and drive to improve efficiency in operations through better models.

- Drive Cross functional projects to improve profitability.

- Finalize and support rate card preparation and publish on monthly basis.

- Prepare and report financial performance of the payments gateway business.

- Discuss and drive monthly performance Dashboard.

- Drive monthly management reporting and internal reporting.

- Support month end close process.

- Put check to budgets and highlight variances. Build systems/processes for internal approvals.

- Polished communication and presentation skills

- Hands on MS office and ERPs like Oracle / Hyperion (preferable)

- Support setting up of right processes and systems for reporting and accounting

Skills Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in the area of Business finance desirably in Online payments/Banking/Treasury or FMCG.

- Excellent Analytical capabilities

- Should be excellent in MS office & exposure to ERP.

- Should be able to manage & grow team.

Educational Background: CA/ MBA finance
