We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for Selling Oracle Services to our International Clients into the North American and Europe markets
- 4-6 years of experience in IT-Service Sales in global market. Should have handled sales deals for more than 250K euro each
- Should have been in VP (or similar) or above position currently for at least 3 years
- Extensive travel experience in European market.
- Should have extensive experience in opening and making at least 2-3 geographies successful
- IF from overseas market – selling consulting services or IT services should be his current profile(min 3 years of experience)
- Hard core sales experience and not Marketing/Corp affairs kind of exp.
- Having complete experience in devising sales strategy for a particular geography.
- Target driven and oriented Worked closely with CIOs/CXOs to understand their perception on IT , operations , outsourcing , solution Ability to interact at all levels of management
- Solid team management skills having handled large teams
- Ability to engage on senior levels. Ability to address customers from the technology level and all the way up to the strategic & industry trends level.
- Have access to senior decision makers. Proven ability to identify the key decision makers in each opportunity, opening doors and closing deals.
- Consistent over achievement of sales targets of at least 5 Million Euros in the Euro market.
- Dynamic, self-starter with a hunger for sales and winning business. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit"
