a) Manage and head the technical recruitment for the Chennai Centre.
b) Responsible for end to end recruitment across positions (permanent and contract)
c) Work with business leaders to understand the hiring needs and job requisitions
d) Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
e) Vendor Management
f) To devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire
g) Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
Competencies Required:
a) Knowledge and working experience in Chennai market is mandatory
b) Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders seamlessly with superior communication and interpersonal skills
c) Experience in managing cross functional and end to end recruitment of sales personnel with a sound understanding of technologies, domains and global markets. and various hiring types.
d) Experience in dealing with senior management and in handling larger accounts and multiple customers
e) Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
f) Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
h) The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the sales team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
i) Assertive and solution-oriented with an ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to processes
j) Proficient with MS – Office - Excel, Word & Power point
