Sr Mgr/AVP - Regulatory Compliance - Bank

Position: Sr. Manager/AVP-Regulatory Compliance for a Leading Bank

Location: Mumbai

Experience: +6 years post Qualification Experience.

Job Role:

i) To draw up the approach for management of compliance function by framing the related policies and procedures for compliance risk assessment and compliance monitoring/testing.

ii) To vet policies, manuals, processes and controls of the allocated business/operations verticals.

iii) To monitor adherence to compliance policy and compliance management processes and procedures.

iv) To assist the Chief Compliance Officer in the management of compliance risk.

v) To supervise activities of the officials involved in handling the compliance function across the bank.

vi) To frame the compliance risk management framework (risk assessment and internal control evaluation) through coordination with Risk and Internal Audit Department.

vii) To provide compliance inputs for, new businesses, products, training, framing/reviewing policies. This is to be done through representation in relevant Committees such as Product Management Committee, Change Management Committee, and also in board appointed Committees viz Operational Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee of the Board and its sub-committees.
