JOB TITLE - SR. MARKETING MANAGER/AVP Marketing
Division Marketing Department: Marketing Sub Dept: Online and Offline
Reporting to: Marketing Head
Location: Bangalore
Key Performance Indicators:
- Developing and managing the strategic marketing goals
- Developing and managing the customer insight program, including analytics and market research
- Manage PR for the company
- Budget preparation, management and adherence for all marketing campaigns
- Achieve target Cost of Customer Acquisition
- Achieve booking targets across the country
- Measure Return on Investment of the campaigns
- Manage content writers/agencies for content on the website and other marketing collateral
- Work with external third party vendors to ensure quality deliverables on-time
- Come up with various engagement campaigns to encourage repeat purchase
- Work with creative agencies to come up with novel ideas to be implemented in the market
- Over seeing monthly/ yearly budgets and financial planning for Marketing & Brand Activations.
- Ability to build and manage a team
Offline
- Spearhead offline marketing and business alliances to generate more bookings
- Significant experience in Designing & Implementing ATL/ BTL activities – Radio, TV, OOH, Hoardings, Bus Stops, Bus Stands, Apartment/Mall/Office Activations
- Ability to manage and introduce campaigns as planned, on-time.
- Screening, short-listing & signing off with vendors for various activations to get the best work done @ the best price
- Knowledge and ability to procure services at the best rates
Online
- Generate quality traffic to the website to ensure good booking conversion rates
- Work on getting TaxiForSure to the #1 position for all relevant search results across paid and organic channels (not limited to Google)
- Work with and manage agencies to drive traffic from various online sources
- Work with the offline marketing to enhance/promote any offline activities on digital media
- Lead the social media presence and engagement for the company
- Work with creative agencies to come up with good creative content to make our digital efforts effective
- Report effectiveness of all digital activity including web analytics, conversions etc for each campaign
- Should have a hands-on approach
Skills / Qualification / Experience
ATL/BTL, Radio, OOH, Apartment/Mall/Office Activations, Online Sales, Web Analytics, Traffic generation, SEO, SEM, SMM, Digital Content, Branding, PR and Corporate Communication.
Candidates from premier institutes with more than 6 years of work experience in marketing.
