Currently we have an opening for a "HR – Learning & Development".

Company - Leading Financial Company

Location - Mumbai (Candidates who are currently located in Mumbai need only apply)

Department - HR

Experience Required - 4-10 years

Education – MBA – HR or Post Graduate will be preferred

Designation- Sr. Manager/AVP

Brief Job Profile-

- Oversee training needs analysis of all departments in conjunction with the Learning Relationship Mangers.

- Oversee as well as develop classroom training & Organisational Development (OD) solutions.

- Ensure programme effectiveness through efficient programme feedback management and project impact; ensure continuos improvement of existing programmes to remain in-line with market and competitor practices.

- Ensure launch of new e-learning modules, combined learning through quizzes, certifications and LMS tracking for measuring level one training.

- L&D updation of latest news, Weekly updation of L&D calendar, updation of L&D Programme Guide, updation of L&D Learning Roadmaps.
