Sr Mgr/AVP - Indirect Taxation - BFSI

Role - Sr. Manager / AVP -Indirect Taxation:

The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the Head-Finance & Accounts.

Job Profile: The position will be a core member of the team, will handle:

1. Administration and compliances under VAT Laws of all States

2. Administration and compliances under Service Tax (including claim of CENVAT).

3. Administration and compliances under Excise (including claim of CENVAT).

4. Optimization and tax planning under Excise, Service Tax, VAT, Octroi Laws for various types of transactions, including takeovers, demergers, transaction across entities, etc

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate profile is CA with 5-7 years relevant experience in indirect taxation

The preferred industries for the same would be Manufacturing, FMCG.
