Purpose of the Job:
The jobholder is primarily responsible for overall creation and updation of content for classroom and e-learning for L&D, and other processes such new hire orientation, mandatory/regulatory returns etc.
Principal Accountabilities:
1) Oversee training needs analysis of all departments in Edelweiss in conjunction with the Learning Relationship Mangers - Ensure ongoing contact and discussion with the Learning Relationship Managers & Line Managers, along with participation in planning & communication meetings; using data in appraisal forms; using performance indicators.
2) Oversee as well as develop classroom training & Organisational Development (OD) solutions - Creating learning solutions in the sphere of product/technical, systems, customer service, selling skills and personal development, use specialized expertise in guiding technical & finance trainers on course development, as well as directly developing new courses; ensure vendor management (wherever appropriate)
3) Ensure e-learning management and increased usage - Ensure launch of new e-learning modules, combined learning through quizzes, certifications and LMS tracking for measuring level one training effectiveness
4) Ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement - Ensure program effectiveness through efficient program feedback management and project impact; ensure continuous improvement of existing programs to remain in-line with market and competitor practices.
5) OD Consultancy - Assist the L&D Head in creating a business partnership with line in both ongoing and strategic plan discussions, understand line issues & culture issues based on business plans and providing interventions/solutions which meet business requirements (eg Team Work Development).
6) L&D Site - L&D updation of latest news, Weekly updation of L&D calendar, updation of L&D program guide, updation of L&D Learning Roadmaps etc.
7) Communication - Quarterly L&D Newsletter for employees for creating awareness about L&D
E-ads for L&D Programmes for publicizing L&D classroom programs and new initiatives
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience especially in the area curriculum design, delivery and training evaluation across Sales, Leadership and Customer Service domain areas.
