Client - A Organisation of high repute

Required Qualification (Must) - CS/LLB/Six Sigma [Green, Black, Yellow belt certified]

Additional Qualification. :- CA would be a added advantage.

Experience Required - 6 Years - 9 Years

Experience / Exposure Required :-

1) Quality Assurance of work in Tax and Regulatory Services in accordance with org. quality assurance policy.

2) Identification of Risk Pertaining to Tax

3) Entire gamut of Ethics & Independence; Polices & Procedure, Planning, conducting and reporting compliance audits & Restructuring firm's compliance manual and policies.

4) Regulatory Compliance[e.g foreign exchange, foreign investment and capital market regulations and the companies act ] & Liaising with the various regulatory authorities.

5) Address concerns of teams and advising them by interpreting policies and regulations
