Opening for Sr. Manager Marketing with a leading multinational, multimedia sports entertainment company

Job Location - Bangalore (Even looking at candidates who are free to relocate)

Experience- 7- 15 years

Sal - 25 Lpa

Industry Preference- Media/Entertainment/TV/Dotcom

Looking at PURELY A MARKETING PROFESSIONAL

1. Develop and execute the marketing strategy

2. The operational plan should be executed through a mix of online and offline models

3. The former includes paid search, search engine optimization, display ,affiliate networks, social media marketing to drive increase in users on web as well as mobile

4. Work closely with the product and partnerships team to execute and leverage efficiencies in partnerships

5. The latter includes events, offline partnerships, leveraging TV and print partnerships , promotion at cyber cafes and other potential offline locations

6. Manage in-house inventory effectively to cross promote properties of the company and also strategic sections/feature within a property

Interface with the PR agency to leverage PR effectively to ensure visibility for the company's initiatives in India and other relevant markets

7. Work closely with editorial, product and sales teams to ensure common goals of users uptake for new product/services is achieved with marketing support for them

8. Help in implementing digital marketing strategies for market entry & penetration for the existing & new international markets footprint for the company

9. Manage creative, media buying & search services to deliver on marketing objectives of the company

10. Develop and execute powerful promotional plans to increase the market share of the company in the various product offerings

11. Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies and create an advantaged digital marketing effort.
