Sr Marketing Manager - Telecom

Position Title: Senior Manager Marketing - Postpaid

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Head Marketing

I. POSITION SUMMARY

- The incumbent is responsible for managing Postpaid Business.

II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- To drive Postpaid Mobile, Postpaid Fixed Wireless, Rural Telephony & PTB Business for Market share, Revenue and ARPU.

- Track Market landscape and competition offerings in above said product lines.

- Conceive, Design and introduce competitive offerings to gain leadership position in market share and achieve set targets of Gross & Net acquisitions.

- Conceive, Design & introduce offerings to achieve revenue targets and profitability.

- Drive quality of subscribers programs to enhance ARPU.

- Drive Handset & Fixed wireless instrument bundling.

- Research activities for market & Consumer behavior, using internal and external resources & agencies.

- To drive usage for revenue enhancement & profitability.

- To interact with various internal & external cross-functional teams for implementation of various schemes & programs.

- Manage communications of through direct tools like sms, autodialer, telecalling and below the line on ground activities.

III. TOTAL STAFF CONTROLLED

- Managers for handling Postpaid Acquisition, Usage & Revenues, PTB (Acquisitions & revenue)

IV. CRITICAL SKILLS AND JOB COMPLEXITY

- Ability to lead a Team of professional managers and support staff.

- Ability to effectively represent department/company in various forums (internal & external)

- Interpersonal skills for effectively networking within and outside the organization.

V. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

- MBA from reputed institute.

- 6-10 yrs of relevant experience with any Telecom, Service Industry.
