Sr Marketing Manager - FMCG

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Develop the launch plan by city and channel type

- Finalization of retail stores for launch and necessary resources for covering the same

- Set up the sales network to support the launch and brand plans on an ongoing basis

- Selection of sales executives, beauty advisors & supervisors.

- Set up of distributors / direct supply network for servicing of stores

- Executing the sales calendar and ensuring team delivers on targeted sales

- Develop MIS for sales reporting and KRAs for driving team performance

- Financial goals in terms of sales by product, channel & geography

- Help plan and execute retail activation plans as per calendar

- Driving & monitoring team performance

- Brand activation support on ground
