About our Client - Our client is a global leading bank with its customer base spanning across more than 80 countries. They are setting up a new team with strong focus on web analytics in the banking and financial services domain.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP- Analytics, you would be responsible for, Engagement with business partners of our client and understanding the requirements and solutions they seek.

- Working parallel with core teams and projects ensuring on time delivery with the highest standards of quality set by our clients.

- Training and developing managers and analysts who will be directly reporting to you.

- Building a strong team of analysts/modelers and managers with excellent education and professional background

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from one of the top 10 B-Schools with over 6 years of experience in the domain of analytics with strong background in Web Analytics. The candidate is expected to have shown leadership qualities with experience in handling teams, should be willing to work in fast paced work environment with strong deadlines. You will also be associated with frequent international/domain travels
