Sr Manager - Warehouse - Auto

Sr Manager – Warehouse ( Auto Spare Part ) -- Handling Complete West Zone

- Responsible for managing total operations of 4lakhs sq ft Spares warehouse of Automobile OEM.

- Understand business sensitivities and need of aftermarket operations.

- Understand and manage transactions control and discipline of large scale operations.

- Manage and control workforce of 300+ people at different level.

- Ensure Transaction turnaround for outbound dispatch of 60% within same day and 40 % within 24 hours from order drop.

- Ensure Transaction turnaround for inbound receipt of 80 % within same day and 20 % within 24 hours from reporting of receipt.

- Establish transaction discipline and documentation for SAP / ERP entries without any errors to give visibility of correct inventory position.

- Ensure work allocation and manpower deployment depending on daily fluctuation of workload in different areas of operations / activities within warehouse.

- Ensure right processes / SOPs are developed and rolled out for different activities in Warehouse, like Receiving, Verification, Putaway, Order processing, retrieval, packing, shipment controls, shipment documentation, finally handover to transporter.

- Ensure Stock integrity and inventory accuracy is maintained throughout the year through Perpetual Inventory count and reconciliation, periodically.

- Designing of right layout, suitable process flow, material flow and aligning documentation and control w.r. to same.

Qualification : - Graduate in any faculty

Professional qualification : - Materials Management ( PGDM / Diploma ) or Supply Chain Management,
clubbed with relevant experience

Desired IT skills : MS Office, Hands on experience on ERP / WMS like SAP or BANN or JDE or any other similar package.
