Position Name: Sr. Manager (U&R) Product

Department: Marketing (IRIS)

Qualification: MBA/MMS

Experience: 6 to 9 years

Reporting to: DGM-Marketing

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Analyze customer behavior in different stages of lifecycle – acquisition , usage , usage enhancement- voice & data , interaction with touch points & churn management

- Initiatives, to improve customer experience, thereby improve usage & retention.

- Intervention in various stages of customer lifecycle , including subscriber response to factors such as MNP , Barring on account of non compliance , 3G Service , Competition propositions

- Identify pain areas in operations

- Evaluate options for addressing the pain area , including options like IT support , automation, approvals, process modification

- Execute most optimal option in terms of time & cost

- Ensure adherence to regulations in all propositions wrt retention & revenue enhancement

- Monitor current practices & policies. ATR for audits to be implemented in time.

- Identify areas that can be improved basis feedback from those impacted

- Track metrics that have direct relations with the policies.

- Recommend improvement basis discussion with other circles.

- Share practices that can improve current processes.

- Standardize operations in critical business area .

- Identify activities that have impact on Customer satisfaction

- Recommend / revise process to reduce the impact

- Track impact of change

- Regular evaluation of prepaid operations.

- Identify , benchmark & track circle performance on critical operations metrics

- Present circle performance to Senior Management and highlight areas that require intervention

- Seek intervention & directions from stake holders and impress implementation of the same across circles
