About Our Client

Our client is a 500 million dollar British specialty pharmaceutical company. They have an operational center of excellence in India which supports its European entities. Our client continues to grow through strategic acquisitions, product development and strong marketing strategy. Their recent acquisition has led to an expansion within their Finance team which will support the integration and implementation of the two organizations.

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO India, your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end responsibility for a 250 Million Pounds Cr treasury portfolio.

- Risk management for a multi currency forex exposure

- Partnering with bankers, rationalizing bank accounts.

- Assist management in taking investment decisions viz financial feasibility, due diligence, business valuation & strategic finance.

- Ensuring timely availability of funds for meeting operational requirements

- Ensure timely reporting of key financials to senior management by streamlining and integrating data processing.

- Assist in coordinating and presenting at the annual investors meet.

The Successful Applicant

- You are a MBA Finance or CA with at least 10 years experience in Treasury. You have handled treasury of about 500 million. In addition to this, you have hedged a forex portfolio of at least USD 100 million. You possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills and have considerable experience in a supervisory/ leadership role. You have thorough knowledge of accounting and have strong analytical and financial skills. You are articulate, have worked as a business leader interacting with C- level stakeholders.
