Job Description:

Undertaking Transfer Pricing Study and Documentation and Litigation Support which involves

- Inbound Transfer Pricing Planning Study for suggesting the basis/methodologies for the determination of prices of international transactions

- As part of the Industry Analysis, carrying out Analysis of the Financial Statements of the client with specific emphasis on analysis of the elements of the Balance Sheet and the Profit & Loss statements and mapping the same to the trends in the Industry

- Carrying Out 3CEB Certification Audit

- Responding to the queries of the Tax Authorities and making submissions to them in regard to the transfer pricing assessment, Appeal to the CIT(A) and the ITAT

- Establishing and nurturing healthy relationships with International law and transfer pricing specialized firms
