Job Responsibilities
Review and prepare monthly Reports, Root Cause Analysis
Ensure functioning of the Quality Assurance as per Process/Quality SOP.
Motivate team members and control attrition.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
Collect and provide data required for various audits like ISO/COPC etc.
Desired Profile
Must have experience into Transactional Quality
Knowledge of the Quality function, process and Tools.
Conflict resolution skills.
People management skills.
Green belt / black belt certified is mandatory.
