Senior Manager Total Rewards

This role is responsible for managing a variety of activities, including driving function specific total rewards including:

- Compensation, benefits, perquisites, and recognition programs.

- These programs should be in line with the business objectives of the allocated service lines/functions and aligned to the overall guidelines and processes of the company.

- The individual in this role will also be responsible for driving new initiatives, where necessary and appropriate and for communicating the overall total rewards story to our practitioners.
