Senior Manager- Technical

A Bangalore based Real Estate company is looking for a Senior Manage- Technical. This position will report into the SBU Head.

Qualification BE/BTECH (Civil).

Operational

- Assist in preparing the budget for the unit

- Assist in resource planning for projects

- Responsible for monitoring of work done related to the projects presently engaged across project

- Monitoring of the actual plan v/s planned

- Coordination with internal teams for timely submission of reports related to the project

- Bring it to the notice of the head in case of any major deviations from the plans

- Manage and maintain project schedules

- Preparing and submission of MIS statements

Financial

- To minimize wastage of construction materials
