About our Client - Our client is an American MNC which is listed on the NYSE. Globally they are over 150 years old turning over 50 Billion Dollars globally. They have experienced strong growth in India with a turnover of 4500Crs. They are currently looking for a Tax manager to head their Inhouse tax team.

Job Description - Based out of Mumbai you will be reporting into the Financial Controller of the business - you will be responsible for end-to-end Taxation - Direct tax compliance and reporting

- Transfer Pricing

- Handling tax assessments and proceedings

- Indirect Tax compliance including recent exposure to VAT and Central Excise

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with atleast 6-8 years exposure in hardcore taxation. You must have excellent exposure to Transfer Pricing, Direct Tax, and Indirect Taxation in a manufacturing setup. You have exposure to SAP and have excellent communication skills. Ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a large setup and a highly matrixed organization. Please apply only if you have exposure to - DT, IDT and TP, Excise and CENVAT is must.
