About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational in the ITES industry globally. With an extensive presence across India , they are currently looking for a senior manager to oversee all planning activities in their India region. The role is based out of their office premises in Gurgaon

Job Description

Reporting to the Head Finance, you will be overseeing a team of 4 people with your main responsibilities including:

- Assist in managing local India tax controversies including administrative appeals and litigation for all locations in India

- Managing all tax audits including coordination with finance and outside advisor's

- Assist in Indian tax planning including developing tax-efficient business models for new and existing businesses.

- Assist in managing local India tax controversies including administrative appeals and litigation for all locations in India

- Responsible to ensure tax and regulatory compliance, including corporate income tax, service tax, transfer pricing, withholding tax, expiate tax, VAT, CST and ST PI/SUEZ/Customs related compliance issues

The Successful Applicant

- You must be a Chartered Accountant or a LLB with at least 9 years of post qualification experience within the ITES or a relevant industry space. Excellent communication skills and proven skills in managing global stakeholders is a must. Big 4 experience is an added advantage.
