About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational in the ITES industry globally. With an extensive presence across India , they are currently looking for a senior manager to oversee all taxation activities in their India region. The role is based out of their office premises in Gurgaon

Job Description - Reporting to the Head Finance, you will be overseeing a team of 4 people with your main responsibilities including:

- Assist in managing local India tax controversies including administrative appeals and litigation for all locations in India

- Managing all tax audits including coordination with finance and outside advisors

- Assist in Indian tax planning including developing tax-efficient business models for new and existing businesses.

- Assist in managing local India tax controversies including administrative appeals and litigation for all locations in India

- Responsible to ensure tax and regulatory compliance, including corporate income tax, service tax, transfer pricing, withholding tax, expat tax, VAT, CST and STPI/SEZ/Customs related compliance issues

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Chartered Accountant or a LLB with atleast 9 years of post qualification experience within the ITES or a relevant industry space. Excellent communication skills and proven skills in managing global stakeholders is a must.Big 4 experience is an added advantage.
