Sr Manager - Talent Services/HR Operations - KPO

This is not a HR generalist role this is with a backend team of a large KPO/Shared services Firm.

- The Candidate should have experience into New hires processes such as Document submission/ BGV/ OnBoarding/ Logistics/ Guest House for new joinees/ Transfer/ Separation/ C&B.

- Should have done data management/Process management/ Transition management/ Stake holding management.

- Should have lead team of 50 people.
