Position: Sr. Manager- Talent Management
Location: Delhi/Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
The role involves managing end to end implementation of Talent Management for business, but not restricted to the following activities:
- Goal Setting & Cascade Process.
- Interim Review & Annual Performance and Potential Assessment Process
- Talent Reviews & Critical Role evaluation with biz leaders
- Career Action Planning for top performers & Performance improvement Planning for poor performers
- Succession Planning
- Assist in the creation of an Talent Management, organizational development strategy in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and deliver a variety of Talent Management, OD interventions and organizational change strategies utilizing performance consulting skills as well as external resources in support of strategic plan and key initiatives.
- Design, develop and consult on critical talent cycle components such as succession planning, hi-potential programs, talent assessments, key experiences, performance management, career pathing and mapping talent strategies to business plans.
- Manage TM budget including budget creation, expense reporting and annual capital planning.
- Develop and implement career-pathing systems and resources to guide employee development.
Requirement Specifications:
Education:
- MBA from Premier B-Schools only.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience, Specialist TM will be preferred.
- Candidates from FMCG or Management Consulting industry preferred.
Other Requisites:
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining business relationships, utilizing internal consulting skills
- Experience designing enterprise talent development programs
- Experience measuring the impact of talent management programs and initiatives
- Experience successfully leading and implementing change
- Must be able to influence colleagues above and below current level
- Ability to successfully build relationships and interact with all levels in the organization, including executives
- Strong team player
- Effective communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization - formally and informally. Persuasive communicator and collaborator
