ABOUT THE COMPANY:

PRIMARY ROLE:
- The role-holder is responsible for implementing talent strategy, processes and tools for the organisation. This role, along with the Head COE needs to ensure that the organization has the right people, with the right skills in the right place to meet current and future needs. The role requires him/her to have the ability to engage with the senior leadership members and industry experts. From an operations aspect, the role requires the role-holder to have professional knowledge and skills in understanding business outcomes through proper talent development and engagement agendas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously benchmark the talent practices across industries and recommend process improvements.
- Partner closely with the HR Business Partners in identifying talent up to a particular level.
- Partner closely with the HRBPs to run Talent Discussions.
- Partner with HRBP and the Learning Team to identify and design appropriate interventions in line with the needs of the pool/ individuals.
- Anchor the existing mid to long term Talent Development initiatives as per the Talent Programmes.
- Partners externally with consultants/ academic institutions to enable the delivery of a consistent, diverse and high caliber talent pipeline.
- Responsible for in depth exit interviews with key talent and critical role successor.
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting key Talent MIS, including retention and engagement levels.
- Support Head of COE in overall Talent Management initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Post Graduate in HR (Premier B school)
- 6-8 years in HR with minimum 2 years of prior experience in Talent Management role.
- Prior experience as HR Business Partner is desirable.
- Working strategically with senior HR partners and Divisional/Departmental Heads.
