About our Client: Our client is a leading player within the financial insurance space. With a large portfolio and a strong presence in India, they employ over 10,000 employees in the India market. With strong growth plans, they are looking to hire a senior manager talent acquisition to support growth in the region, in their corporate office in Mumbai.
Job Description: Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Drive the recruitment process for all functions within defined TATs
- Developing various sources available to ensure smooth sourcing of talent at all levels across the country
- Developing TA strategies to achieve hiring solutions
- Identify various cost effective and other hiring sources and to develop for better result
- Structured vendor engagement management
- Ensure the best possible vendor performance
- Design and develop vendor relationship model
- Leverage Social media and other online sites for employer branding and Talent Acquisition
The Successful Candidate:
- You will come with 10+ years of experience in managing recruitment across all levels.
- Exposure to managing or being part of an RPO is required. Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills is required for the role.
