About our Client - Our client is a FTSE 250 business and a leading player in the re-insurance space. They offer a wide range of financial services across consultancy, claims management, insurance & re-insurance, employee benefits, investment management etc. With a strong presence in the APAC region & expansion expected in India, they are looking to hire a specialist Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition for their business to be based in Mumbai.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage campus, lateral and leadership hiring for the on shore business
- Design and develop talent acquisition strategy for the designed levels in partnership with respective HR/ Business leadership teams
- Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle and incorporate best practices within the same
- Manage existing channels of sourcing and explore alternate channels to create a strong candidate pool
- Deliver on defined service level agreements Manage online recruitment portals
The Successful Candidate - You must have a minimum of 6 years of experience within the HR domain with at least 3 years within talent acquisition with a leading MNC financial services provider. You must have excellent communication skills.
