Job purpose:
Job Holder is responsible for the smooth and efficient supply chain operation in the area of Marketing and S&D . Also responsible for Spend monitoring and control
Drive OPEX Productivity
- Drive OPEX productivity for Brand, Marketing and Channel engagement program in sales & Distribution
- Challenge and co-create innovative way to control spend in the area of operation
Contract management
- Ensure finalization of contracts as per Target and as per standard contracting process
- Contract renewal on before expiry of earlier contract
- Price Discovery at the defined intervals as per spend category
- Closure of new RFP to contract as per agreed time lines with stake holders
Partner governance
- Structured Governance Meeting with Partners
- Measure and control SLA/KPI as per contract
- Well defined action planning to address performance issue
- Resolving partner issues in time
Customer Centricity
- Proactively identifying customer service issue and addressing them to the satisfaction of the customer
- Delivery of products/services as per Business requirement.
- Develop Service Level agreement with Internal stake holders and monitor and control delivery accordingly
Program Management
Working closely with Higher Management and other stakeholders
Keeping track of the milestones and proactive alerts to meet them in time
Continuously work with stakeholders to identify cost saving opportunity and drive for realization
Exp: 4-8 years
Function: Supply Chain Management
Qualification: MBA or B.E.
Relevant experience in commercial /SCM sourcing and operation for brand, media, marketing in large organization only from FMCG OR Telecom
