Sr Manager - Supply Chain Management - eCommerce

We are Flexi Partners, an executive search firm with operations in India, UAE, Qatar and Oman.

We have been retained by our client to hire a Sr Manager Supply Chain Management, which would be a de-facto Head role.

The Person:

- Must be a Tier 1 MBA.

- Must be on a leadership role in SCM with a renowned company.

- Must have handled Furniture/White Goods.

- Must have handled S&OP, Capacity Planning, Inventory Planning.

- Exposure to Logistics/Transportation networks, large multi-category warehouses and vendor management.

- Strong in 3PL.

- Exceptional team management skills.

The Role:

- It is a leadership role.

- Responsible for Building up metrics to measure the efficacy of the supply chain system.

- Design end-to-end supply chains (inputs, outputs, rationale, gaps).

- Work along the legal and regulatory frameworks.

- Identify, negotiate and manage a network of transport/logistics vendors.

- Hire and manage a high performing team.
