Sr Manager - Solution Design - HRO

I have a position Sr Manager- Solution Design in HRO Industry with one of our client based in Gurgaon.

Below is the JD for SD- HRO. Please share the profiles at the earliest .

Skills Expectations:

- Experience in Sales/ Solutions/ Consulting in the HRO service provider arena is required

- Should have had experience in leading/ executing a large portion of a large HRO implementation / operation or the solution

- High level of expertise is one of the areas- Payroll, Benefits, Learning and Performance is preferred with a good understanding of the rest of the HR services

- Should have had exposure/ experience in dealing with client facing discussions and or HR consulting experience

- 9-13 Years of experience preferred, with at least 5 Years in the HRO industry

Key requirements:

- Excellent client facing and presentation skills

- Negotiation and ability to navigate tough conversations and scenarios

- Eye for Business case and numbers

- Suave communication and documentation skills.
