Context:
The GPO Lead candidate will have the responsibility in leading transformational initiatives. The open roles are a hybrid of both project management and business analyst roles and the successful candidate will be expected to analyze the problem and drive/execute the change to completion.
Working together with the Accenture Operation’s team and the Client, the candidate will be required to develop a deep understanding of the end to end process and be able to identify areas where improvements can be made. The analysis is not limited to what Accenture is currently performing but should be conducted with a holistic view of the client’s process. The extent to what can be achieved and the value that Accenture can add for client is limited to an individual’s ability to think outside of the “box”. With the array of different Accenture tools at hand, knowledge of leading best practices and leveraging off the extensive Accenture network, along with the knowledge of the systems and tools of the client, the candidate will have the autonomy to implement the suggested changes after building a successful business case.

Key Role Description:
- Lead a GPO team who acts as single point of accountability for end to end RtR processes design (including system and manual), change and performance cross business segments and geographies with a focus on global standardized and simplified processes.
- Properly define and document (including new transitions) aforementioned;
- Advises client with BPO industry practice and pairs with Client GPO counterparts and liaises with Delivery team to develop, prioritize and implement end to end process improvement initiatives and transformation projects to drive process quality and efficiency programs under client’s business direction
- Conduct in depth analysis of processes and recommend timing adjustment and/or process convergence
- Drive and project manage the restructure of the delivery teams into a process-centric organization;
- Implement target operating model in the teams
- Monitor and review change management and communicate associated processes/changes to the Service Provider delivery teams
- Coaches and mentors Delivery team/s on implementing changes;
- Assists in minimizing hands off onshore/offshore, leveraging common and standardized system, tools and delivery platform, standardizing SLA, etc.
- Implements initiatives and projects by leveraging with BAU Functional team (not sacrificing BAU focus but optimizes BAU’s expertise);
- Integrate GPO’s business knowledge with OPEX’s continuous improvement skill to optimize GPO initiatives;
- Host strategic transformation/innovation governance to update action/progress and align direction or seek sponsorship. Also manages transformation governance by virtue of authority given by Senior Delivery Lead.
