Sr. Manager Service Planning
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : BE preferably having MBA degree
Our client is one of the prestigious Business house in the country and has excellent HR practices. It is a great place to work. The client is setting up Multi Brand Automobile retail workshops across the country.
Key responsibilities include –
- Lead a team of Regional managers to manage after sales distribution channel of spares and services franchisees.
- Customer Relationship Management feedback and necessary action on regulat basis. Improve over all score of CSI
- Monitoring of various customer touch points and ensure execution of moment of truth experience
- Maintaining and managing business locations including equipments
- Optimizing warranty cost and customer goodwill. And related products.
- Ensure BSC execution and have reward and incentive plan for field team.
- Participate in selection of manpower at unit level and ensure creation on strong bench
- Support strategic expansion of network in the each state in tandem with the overall organizational strategy.
- This involved new coco/franchisee selection, capacity enhancement and weeding of non-performer.
- Planning and execution of various service marketing events , development of technical products ( Carnivals/Treasure hunts)
- Outlet level budget planning and management.
- Executing various improvement activities like Training/kaizen/5S. and provide support to Lean and other initiatives.
- Providing product technical and market feedbacks and implement countermeasure.
- Plan and execute for service flow and productivity improvement , through people, process and equipments
- Suggest and bring changes in service workshop layout and feedback to network team on service requirements at new locations.
- Hands on service experience and worked on various projects of service development.
- Support the senior team in new business / product development
- Will ensure correction in pricing and provide inputs for same
- Responsible for internal initiatives such as new process development.
Requirements –
- Upto 10 years of relevant work-experience on auto service industry only (as RM or same position)
- Fundamental understanding of accounting, finance
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills ( MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word)
