Sr. Manager Sales Development
Key Result Areas:
- Develop and facilitate a high quality sales system including assisting recruiting, training and developing the distributor network in the country. Undertake analysis of the business, competitors and customers to identify information needs.
- Generating and evaluating strategies to maximize objectives of top line and bottom line
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Planners to analyze the market trends and give MIS reports on developing new markets for our existing products and give advice on developing new markets based on the market trends and in line with the Company growth policy, thus increasing Country’s profitability
- Formulate Sales plans, help the team set targets – both short and long term, and design and help the HOD implement the strategies for achieving the same.
- Based on market analysis, plan the sales forecast for the country and thereby help design promotions to boost the sales volumes for the country
- Evaluate channel opportunity along with Regional Sales Planners for developing company’s business schemes and help them focus on demand generation activities to enhance sales and distributor reach
- Implement the process orientation of Sales Operations in the country and help in institutionalizing reporting.
- MBA from Premier B school with atleast 7 years of experience of which atleast last 2 years should be in sales planning / Sales Development.
