We are looking for a Senior Manager - Sales & marketing for one of the leading hospitals in Healthcare Industry.
Education:
- Professional Graduation / Post graduation in sales and marketing OR post graduation in Hospital Administration
Professional experience:
- Preferably with 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, Brand Management, Corporate sales in relevant industry
Key areas of responsibility:-
- Responsible for generation of increase in revenue for set of hospitals within the market by driving team of professionals & directing desired focus on all business segments.
- Develop greater focus on referral hospital and ensure launch and further marketing programs in line with Columbia Asia guidelines
- Identify, select and develop marketing team as per Company standard and drive them to continuously excel the performance.
- Build innovative marketing program and pricing strategy for referral hospital to enhance the customer base
Main Job Tasks:
Develop an annual Sales and Marketing plan for the Referral Hospital in conjunction with CEO & guide marketing plan for set of community hospital(s) in the city :
- Drive team and build extensive, comprehensive annual Sales and Marketing plan for Referral Hospital, work with individual Hospital unit Marketing team in the city to develop their marketing plan.
- Analyze business opportunities and translate them into executable working plan, ensure no overlapping & duplication of common work area
- Constantly drive pricing opportunities, ensure pricing are competitive and driving optimum value to set of hospitals within the city
- Incorporate extensive media plan as a part of marketing plan to project the Referral Hospital across relevant target groups
- Work with individual functional heads to drive higher contribution and ensure optimum resource utilization for better cost efficiency
Launch creative and positioning platform:
- Work extensively with CEO & individual GMs to ensure all new hospitals in the country are launched with desired positioning in line with Company guidelines and standards
- Develop 2 sets of clear, separate identity for referral hospital & community hospital without overshadowing each other
- Identify appropriate media opportunity to project the hospital entity and support the positioning platform
Develop comprehensive Direct marketing / Community Program:
- Build detailed, long terms direct marketing program for Referral Hospital and drive team to execute innovative ways to reach the community
- Ensure precise definition of TG & catchment area for well directed reach out campaign driving maximum efficiency
- Drive team to execute ‘Community Health’ program within identified geography
- Ensure community within the hospital catchment area is well penetrated through various initiatives
Referral Program & Medical Marketing:
- Drive referral team to build comprehensive doctor / physician base to drive the referral business
- Establish contacts with appropriate healthcare facility for the purpose of obtaining referral business
- Work with GMs and other senior management to build and credential set of key consultants associated with referral hospital
- Develop medical marketing program to establish and project key specialty amongst referring fraternity across Karnataka
Advertisement / Mass media / PR:
- Continuously identify opportunities in media to build organizational credentials
- Ensure efficient usage of budget to create greater impact and visibility
- Drive team to run effective PR campaign focusing clearly on specific PR objective
Other responsibilities:
- Ensure receivables from corporate and TPAs are line with organizational norms
- Continuously drive team to excel the performance and keep high motivational levels
- Identify development areas for the team and ensure required training opportunity to build on
- Maintain excellent contact with internal consultant and ensure specific needs have been met
- Build good interdepartmental contacts and relations to ensure collective efforts in case of need
- Responsible for timely setting of KRA and review as per the PMS guidelines
