Job Description - Reporting into the Regulatory Reporting lead, you shall be part of the RWA production team. This team is responsible for efficient and accurate monitoring and control of the RWA reporting process and for running a compliant calculation supporting the divisional Chief Financial Officers (CFO) in their sign off. Your key responsibilities shall be:

- Risk Weighted Average (RWA) related external returns along with analysis & commentary for RWA & related disclosures

- Maintenance of a strong RWA reporting control framework to safeguard its assets

- Ensuring that issues impacting the RWAs are managed through appropriately

- Supporting in-house or wider change deliveries along with continuously look to improve the way of working, eliminating inefficiencies

- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and the provision of financial management support

- Preparation of Intra Month MI reporting of RWAs

The Successful Candidate - More than 7 years of experience across Regulatory Reporting, Market Risk Reporting or Counterparty Credit Risk Reporting

- Hands on experience of using SQL & MS Access

- Knowledge of key functions performed by other support areas (Finance/Controllers, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk)

- Ability to think strategically and to execute into business process and technology solutions

- Highly developed creative skills to resolve complex problems and/or identify alternatives where established procedures may not exist
