Job Description :
- Strategizing and executing the hiring drives for multiple service lines.
- Interacting with Business Heads, understanding requirements, aligning expectations as per market standards.
- Presentation of executable Delivery plan.
- Handling the complete Recruitment Cycle – Market Research, Market Intelligence, Projects Hiring Module, Co. Structure, Organizational Mapping, Introduction & Negotiations, Competitors involved, etc.
- Team Management / Business Profitability Management.
- Work closely with HR Heads and Business leaders to develop and implement strategies.
- Supervising a Team, Objective / Goal setting, Effective Assessment & Interviewing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity and provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Proficiency with employment interviewing techniques and applicant appraisal.
- Delivering results maintaining timelines and quality.
- Salary negotiations, compensation fitment and facilitating on-boarding.
- Coordinating Pre-induction, Induction and on-boarding.
- Other generalist activities like special projects as designated.
Desired Skills & Experience
- M.B.A. / P.G.D.M. from a tier 1/2 college.
- 8 – 12 years work experience in total (with at least 3-5 years recruitment experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team Handling Skills.
- Relationship building with Business / Vertical Heads.
- Ready to relocate.
