Role:
- Ideal candidate will represent Talent Acquisition function for Mumbai centre and support hiring needs.
- He/She will own requisitions (from start to finish mode) while working on planning and execution.
- The role demands this individual to interact with business, gather requirements and provide TA/Staffing solutions to meet deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Own Requisitions (Hands-on role) - End to end delivery (Requisitions - Offers - Follow Up - On boarding)
- Adhere to Process document and ensure requisitions are tracked to 100% customer/client satisfaction
- Interact with business/stake holders from time to time from TA perspective
- Fire Fighting - Provide TA solutions
- Leverage on Employee Referrals, Direct Sourcing Model and other avenues for great ROI
- Vendor Management (Interact with external vendors and build cordial relationship for high yield)
- Maintain Trackers diligently.
Requirements
- 8 to 13 years of hands on experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in working for large scale Services or ITES or a non IT company
- Must have excellent recruiting acumen, business and technology understanding
- Must be a go-getter; Self Driven and one who takes complete ownership and accountability
- Must be data driven
- Excellent attitude; Team player.
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in MS Office suite of tools (Specially in MS Excel and Power Point)
Qualification: Post graduate from a premier institute
