Candidates Skills required:

- MBA/ Post Graduate with experience of 10-14 years and good experience in handling Volume recruitment from RPO/ BPO/ KPO process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to drive the Resourcing Strategy and handling Volume recruitments.

- Designed and implemented the strategy of recruitments through Social Networks sites.
