Sr. Manager - recruitments (Females)

We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager position in recruitments based at Guragon with a Financial Organisation. (ONLY FEMALES)

Required experience of 7- 10 yrs with full time MBA in recruitments for support & Leadership hiring from BFSI/ Insurance services vertical.

Role involves:

- Handling recruitments

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support.

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
