One of the top most MNC's in Consumer Healthcare is looking for a Sr. Manager - Research & Development (Green field/ brown field)

POSITION: Sr. Manager - Research & Development (Green field/ brown field)

PLEASE NOTE: People only from pharmaceutical will be considered.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Masters in Pharmacy/ Pharmacology with 11+ yrs of experience or Ph.D with 9+ yrs of experience. Ph.D would be preferred. Candidate should have the experience of independently conducting research & for product development.

REPORTING TO: Director (R & D)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

(a) Lead the creation of a futuristic new product pipeline Wellness category in India.

(b) Head the new product development for Wellness category in India.

(c) Manage pipeline of the projects from ideation to Launch.

(d) Identify potential opportunities and provide R&D expertise in the technical evaluation of strategic joint
ventures, external licensing, and acquisitions in current and new categories.

(e) Facilitate creation and maintenance of external working relationships by individuals within R&D.
