About our Client - Our client is a leading healthcare and insurance organization with a global footprint of more than 100 offices. They specialize in end to end healthcare service provided to more than 50 million people worldwide. As a result of expansion within the Indian market they are looking for an experienced professional to be part of Quality function for BPO/KPO operations.
Job Description - Your primary responsibilities would be to:
- Lead process improvement projects aligned to business priorities in the Portfolio Support areas
- Drive transformation and change management initiatives with the objective of increasing process efficiency
- You would also be providing coaching and mentoring of teams to ensure effective completion of projects and maintenance of control.
The Successful Candidate - You should be Six Sigma Black Belt with 7+ years of relevant post qualification experience. Prior experience of leading change management initiatives in BPO/KPO space is a must. In addition you should have exemplary communication and team management skills.
