Job Description:

Support the Financial Service business operations team. Deliver a high quality value-added service. Act as an integrated part of global Financial Service program management and operations team

Key Responsibilities:

SME on business reporting and data

Maintain knowledge of organisation’s Financial Services business and proactively integrate changes into projects

Identify process improvement opportunities to develop effective business solutions

Specific programs to support include pipeline improvement initiatives, win/loss, sales interlock, account planning and campaign management.

Support leadership reviews, analysis of sales results, provides insights to sales leadership.

Hands on – production of reports, scorecards other deliverable and analysis.

Juggle multiple requests, prioritize according to business stakeholder needs and requirements.

Oversee and ensure work to completion.

Responsible for data accuracy, timeliness, overall work product - set up and execute QA process and peer reviews. 

Act as a back-up of resources to ensure continuity in service.

Desired Candidate:

Ability to work independently, balance multiple project responsibilities, and meet deliverable timelines

Highly proficient with common PC software applications, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer

Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills

Analytical/problem solving skills; collects and researches data

Accuracy and attention to details; prioritizes and plans work activities

Attention to detail and produces work products consistently of a high quality
