Sr Manager - Product Management - Web/Mobile

looking for an experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Manager - Product. The incumbent will be responsible to drive the Web and Mobile App products. The ideal candidate will be a graduate engineer with strong acumen of 12+ years of managing product and user engagement process across India and International Market.

Specific responsibilities include:-

- Work closely with the internal stake holders to define, refine and advance product vision, scalability and value i.e. managing the entire Product Life Cycle from Conceptualization to monetization.

- Define the overall product and experience for our users and own the product roadmap.

- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for our product offering, working with the sales channel and key partners.

- Drive the product revenue generation in collaboration with the Sales team ensuring achievement of the financial targets for the concerned product range.

- Drive product rollout, engaging the right people and ensuring the delivery plans are in place

- Liaise and work with the management team to maximize performance of new products

- Ensure solid measurement systems are in place to track and monitor performance of new products, including revenue, margin & cost.

- Make recommendations for product improvement and value analysis.

- Active participation in company’s product management network.

Skills Required

- Graduate Engineer with MBA

- Good conceptual knowledge

- Over 12 + years of relevant experience in product management with at least 5 years in consumer-facing Internet brand/site.

- Extensive practical experience in the development and marketing of bundled and unbundled products and services.

- Strong relationship development, negotiation and influencing skills.

- Extensive experience in presenting a complex suite of products and services in a clear and concise manner in accordance with client requirements.

- High self-motivation with demonstrated initiative and passion to generate new product opportunities in a matrix environment.

- Demonstrated commitment to work in close collaboration with the senior leadership team in the pursuit of business objectives and client solutions;

- Ability to effectively build rapport and understand client needs.

- A keen understanding of customers' core needs and motivations, and know how to identify them and turn them into actionable requirements.

- The candidate should possess outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
