Position is of Sr. Manager- Product Development & New Initiatives (Sales Finance) with a Leading NBFC in Pune - This position is responsible for undertaking new initiatives and driving large scale projects for the business
Key Deliverables:
- Drive new initiatives for Sales Finance business.
- End to end development from proof of concept to delivery and testing of developments.
- Taking new initiatives to market, which would require training and monitoring of matrices to measure success of initiatives.
- Understanding of current processes and propose refinement from time to time
- Liaising with IT team for development of new projects
Required Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of current policies and processes being followed in Sales finance business.
- Capable of interacting with Teams and field members
- Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements
- MBA with 7 to 8 years of experience or Graduate with an experience of 9 to 10 years.
- Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in Consumer Financing
- Go getter, Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to develop and nurture team
