Sr Manager - Procurement - Retail

Position open for Sr.Manager-corporate Procurement with a MNC into retail. Candidates having more than 10 years of experience in general procurement can share their profile

JD-

1. Driving cost savings initiatives of commercial procurement in coordination with cross functional team to minimize impact of market inflation on Business and also support delivery of savings initiatives.

2. Responsible for spend categories, of a more strategic nature where required, creating, executing and managing sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.

3. Managing Procurement of Capex and Services for verticals for smooth execution.

4. Perform transactional and Procurement Operations related activities by manages vendors for goods and services to obtains the most favorable terms with regards to assurance of supply, quality, service, cost and innovation.

5. Develop linkages with external knowledge base to strengthen category intelligence, supplier development and create pipeline and improve delivery of procurement initiatives.

6. Focus on creating, executing and managing sourcing strategies to meet business requirements. Also, at regional level, where ever required, under the supervision and direction of global and regional category leaders and managers.
