Candidate should have experience in solution and services pre-sales and have

a) deep understanding of business environment

b) should have won large scale IT outsourcing deals for large IT Service Providers

c) good conceptual knowledge on Operations Transformation

d) good knowledge of outsourcing models and should have structured outcome based pricing engagements

e) developed new accounts, and have the capability to translate the customer business issues in to
requirements

e) deep Connects with CXO /CIO’s

f) Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
