Ideal candidates must have end to end experience in SAP- Plant Maintenance (implementations & support) pertaining to Oil & Gas or Mining industries..

Ideal candidates should have prior experience of working in Oil & Gas/ Mining industries setting up, implementing and supporting SAP-PM projects. Currently must be working in IT industry in SAP-PM..

Excellent communication is must (client interfacing role)

Additional experience of Business Analysis, project set-up is highly preferable

SAP-PM experience must be not less than 6-7 years

Pointers:

The following are some of the high level requirements of manage physical asset (MPA) i.e. Plant maintenance (PM) resource.

- Overall understanding of SAP plant maintenance module along with SAP material master data

- SAP maintenance planning & scheduling experience

- Strong knowledge of mining equipment and maintenance processes

- General maintenance planning and scheduling knowledge

- Very strong mining maintenance background preferred

- Great equipment and maintenance planning knowledge

- Create Asset structure, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans etc. in the RTCA Business solution as per RTCA requirements and standards

- Create maintenance Plans and Maintenance Items (PM01, PM02 etc.) based on RTCA requirements as per the guidance from maintenance tactics team

- Create measuring points and counters for major components

- Building Task List BOMs and being able search the BOMs

- Check for duplicated material numbers

- Building the upload sheets – required to replicate the information to large number of assets

- Load Sheet - Replication Asset Functional Locations from within a site and from other sites

- Load Sheet – Measuring point counters for major components (as per RTCA Standard)

Master data management desired experience – Plant maintenance

Manual creation and modification of Technical Structure master data relating to - Field, Mobile, Fixed Plant, and Infrastructure and Support equipment.

System Auditing to ensure completeness of Functional Location master data/alignment to reliability solution

Monitor System Changes to Master Data
